Tests)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salah satu bentuk tes psikometri adalah tes kemampuan.  Dikenal juga dengan nama ability atau aptitude test).  Tes ini memberikan informasi mengenai potensi seseorang. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tes kemampuan berbeda dengan tes IQ atau tes kecerdasan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ciri-ciri tes kemampuan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dibatasi waktu (peserta tes perlu menyadari ada berapa soal yang harus dijawab  dan berapa waktu yang disediakan, berhati-hati dalam mengalokasikan waktu untuk menjawab setiap pertanyaan).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;terdiri dari pilihan ganda dan jawaban pendek.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lembar jawaban dan buku soal terpisah.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hanya ada satu jawaban benar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Terdiri dari pertanyaan yang memiliki kesukaran yang terus meningkat. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Membutuhkan kecepatan dan akurasi.  Terkadang akurasi lebih penting dari kecepatan, namun jika Anda stuck pada sebuah pertanyaan, lewati saja dan balik lagi, jika masih ada waktu. Kepribadian Anda akan tercermin melalui respon-respon dari jawaban test atau kuesioner Anda. Hasil akhirnya merupakan indikator penting seberapa cocok Anda dengan pekerjaan yang ditawarkan.
